We typically respond to booking requests within 24–72 hours. We appreciate your patience while we review each submission carefully. Please note we are closed Sundays and Mondays. Any requests submitted on these days or after closing on Saturday will be addressed the following Tuesday.

You’re welcome to bring a friend or support person with you—we want you to feel comfortable during your appointment.

To keep the workspace safe and focused, we ask that only one guest joins you in the tattoo area. Additional guests are welcome to relax in the lobby.

No. You must be 18 or older with a valid ID to get tattooed. No exceptions. This is an Illinois State law.
